PURPOSE:To instantaneously extract all the necessary gate valve numbers and water cut routes in the time of suspension of supply of water, by giving each route code number to the route relating to a gate valve, which is arranged in a supply water pipe system further given a number, and registering the gate valve number and the route code number in a computer. CONSTITUTION:Attributive information of distribution water pipe, hydrant, supply water device, etc., belonging to each route number, is left being registered in a magnetic disc through a computer in every route code number. While information, in which the route code number is multiplied ten times adding 0 or 1, is left as registered with the attributive information of each gate valve as the correlative route code. Accordingly, the V-1 gate valve is concerned to the route code No.1 and No.2, being closed when supply of water is suspended in the route code No.1 while not closed when supply of water is suspended in the route code No.2, consequently the correlative route code is set to 11 and 20.
