PURPOSE:To securely remove toner remaining on the surface of a photosensitive body without damaging the surface by allowing an elastic blade to hold fine spherical particles of a benzoguanamine-formaldehyde condensate in a sprinkled state on the surface contacting the surface of the photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:The elastic blade 3 is provided so as to bring its tip 4 into contact with the surface of the photosensitive body 1. Here, the elastic blade 3 holds fine spherical particles of the benzoguanamine-formaldehyde condensate in the sprinkled state on the surface contacting the surface of the photosensitive body 1. Therefore, toner particles remaining on the surface of the photosensitive body 1 are prevented from blocking after toner image transfer and a defect in cleaning is eliminated. Then the toner is securely removed from the surface of the photosensitive body 1 without damaging the surface. |
