摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the shortening of measuring time with a significant reduction in the measurement preparation time as well as the lowering of skillfulness operation, by operating an analyzer without propagation of heat generated from a matching box to an analysis sample solution supply section of a nebulizer. CONSTITUTION:A nebulizer 1 divided with a diaphragm is housed in an analyzer box 3 so as to be isolated from a high temperature atmosphere generated from a plasma torch 2. Moreover, two needle tubes are fixed with a needle tube support metal in such a manner as to be perpendicular to the body portion of the nebulizer 1. A sample solution supply section 5 for supplying a sample solution to the nebulizer 1 is housed into a shielding box 6 to eliminate thermal influence of the high- temperature atmosphere as much as possible, while a heat insulating material 15 is mounted on the side of a matching box. With such an arrangement, this can minimize temperature changes in the perimeter of the nebulizer, especially in the perimeter of the supply section 5, thereby improving measuring accuracy and frequency of measurement significantly with the stabilization of the calibration curve for a long time. This also enables the shorting of measuring time with a significant reduction in the measurement preparation time.
