PURPOSE:To obtain the title laminate of a low dielectric constant, by impregnating (non)woven fabrics comprising a fiber of a fluorocarbon resin with a thermosetting resin, laminate-molding the obtained prepregs together with, optionally, other prepregs. CONSTITUTION:(Non)woven fabrics comprising a fiber of a fluorocarbon resin (e.g., tetrafluoroethylene polymer) are impregnated with a thermosetting resin varnish optionally containing an inorganic filler (e.g., glass balloons) and dried to obtain prepregs (A). A desired number of component A and, optionally, other prepregs are laminated and molded.
