PURPOSE:To form a gradation image of a high quality by radiation >=two kinds of light beams which are modulated independently and whose wavelengths are different, to a heat developing photosensitive material on which two kinds of photopolymerization property microcapsules having each different spectral sensitivity, and also, containing a color coupler of quantity for inducing each different coloring concentration are coated and provided on a supporting body, and executing an image-like exposure. CONSTITUTION:On a photosensitive material, four kinds of microcapsules having an effective sensitivity to light beams whose wavelengths are 450nm, 550nm, 650nm and 750nm are coated and provided, and each capsule contains a color coupler of a different quantity so that a coloring concentration is different, respectively. This photosensitive material S is cut to a prescribed length, while being brought to an image-like exposure by an exposing device 1, carried to a heating developing device, heated, and a development is executed. Thereafter, the photosensitive material is superposed to image receiving paper, carried to a transfer device, pressure of 500kg/cm<2> is applied, and an image is transferred from the photosensitive material to the image receiving paper. In such a way, a gradation image of a high quality can be formed. |
