PURPOSE:To improve the yield of production and optical performance by providing a color sepn. filter constituted by forming a dye layer formed by vapor deposition on a photosensitive layer or transparent base and having a protective layer consisting of a resin on the surface of the dye layer to a titled photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:This photosensitive body has the color sepn. filter formed by providing the dye layer 3 formed by vapor deposition on the photosensitive layer 2 or transparent base, coating an under coating layer 5 which prevents elution of a dye film on the due layer 3 and installing the protective layer 4 consisting of the resin on the surface thereof. Since the dye layer 3 is formed by the vapor deposition, the yield in production is high. The sharpness of the image is improved by reducing the thickness of the filter layer and since the protective layer 4 having excellent durability is provided, dust, flaws, etc., are prevented and the filter having excellent resistance to moisture, heat and light is obtd. |
