PURPOSE:To obtain stable cold and hot water, by determining the optimum gain in this time period from the preceding time cold and hot water period and gain and controlling a rotary speed of a motor when hot water of high and low temperatures is alternately delivered. CONSTITUTION:In a combination faucet A, a hot water flow path 2 and a cold water flow path 3 communicate with a mixed water flow path 4 through valves 5. The valve 5 is drivingly rotated by a motor 12 controlled by a microcomputer B. The microcomputer B, on the basis of a preset temperature of cold and hot water, its target period and a signal of a temperature sensor 9 input from a controller C through an interface 19, actuates the motor 12 in accordance with a program stored in a memory 18. When water of high and low temperatures is alternately delivered, this time period optimum gain is determined from the preceding time cold and hot water period and gain, and a rotary speed of the motor 12 is controlled from the gain and a difference between the actual temperature and the target temperature.
