Compositions obtained by reaction of carboxylated or epoxidised copolymers with glycidyl (meth)acrylate or lic [sic] acid, the carboxylated copolymers being manufactured from (meth)acrylic acid and from (meth)acrylic monomers devoid of reactive groups, the epoxidised copolymers being manufactured from glycidyl methacrylate and (meth)acrylic monomers devoid of reactive groups. Application to the manufacture of filled or reinforced materials.
