PURPOSE:To achieve a labor saving and a reduction in the possibility of being mixed with saprophytic bacteria, by enabling operation even for a liquid preserved with insulation to be heated before distribution simply by setting a preservation container. CONSTITUTION:When a valve 20 is opened, a gas from a gas cylinder 18 is introduced into a preservation container 12 and a liquid in the container 12 is forced out to a liquid feed tube 22 and discharged from a discharge pipe 34 through a tubule 26. Moving over a sample container 40 along a guide rod, the discharge pipe 34 can add a proper amount of liquid to sample of the sample container 40 from a control valve 32. In the distribution of a liquid 10 to the sample container 40, the tubule 26 is immersed in the hot water 28 maintained at 37 deg.C with a constant temperature water tank 24, while the preservation container 12 is kept at about 5 deg.C with an insulation storage 14. So, the liquid 10 is force out at about 5 deg.C and the temperature thereof is raised up to about 37 deg.C while passing through th tubule 26. Even as for a liquid requiring preservation with insulation and heating before distribution, this unnecessiates the removal and reconnection of the preservation container 12 until the liquid 10 runs out simply by setting it 12 on the apparatus. Thus, the possibility of being mixed with saprophytic bacteria can be reduced.
