PURPOSE:To enhance temp. measuring accuracy to a large extent, to reduce a volume and to accurately record the temp. history of an article during transport or keeping for a long period of time, by using a specific temp. detection circuit and controlling the supply of a power source to an apparatus. CONSTITUTION:Constitutional elements other than RAM 7 receive the supply of a power source by the switch 11 operated by the timer 4 starting operation by a switch 10 to become an operable state. An oscillator temp. sensor 1 and a resonance circuit 2 resonate at the frequency corresponding to temp. and a counter 3 measures frequency of a definite minute time by the control of a microprocessor 5 to output the same as the digital signal corresponding to temp. change and said digital signal is stored in RAM 7. The microprocessor 5 receives the supply of the power source and the control of operation start/stop by the timer 4 but the operation thereof is performed on the basis of the program in ROM 6 and a part of the data of RAM 7. After storing, the operation of elements other than the timer 4 and RAM 7 is stopped. This operation is repeated at every definite time and data are successively stored in RAM 7 and can be read in parallel from a connection terminal 8.
