PURPOSE:To make it possible to securely lock the operation of a starter during the revolution of an engine by providing the cut-off device for a start command signal and the cut-off device for an operation signal. CONSTITUTION:The cut-off device 11 for a start command signal S is provided between a receiver 2 and the relay device 3 for starting a starter 5. And an operating signal R obtained through rectification of the output Po of a generator by a rectifier 12 provided besides a main rectifier 9 is supplied to the cut-off device 11 through a cut-off device 13. Thereby, the cut-off device 11 is maintained under non-operating condition while the receiver 2 is transmitting a start command signal S and also the cut-off device is operated to cut-off the signal S when an engine 7 is started by the signal S. Thereby, the starter 5 is not operated even if the signal S is output after the start of the engine 7 therefore, there is no damage of a clutch mechanism 6. And there is no cut-off of the signal S during the operation of the starter 5 since the circuit of the operating signal R is cut off by the cutoff device 13.
