PURPOSE:To prevent a function from its deterioration due to wearing, by providing arc-shaped non-penetration valve seat holes and flow dividing holes in a valve seat while an arc-shaped penetration hole in a valve unit and placing the respective slide surfaces of the valve seat and the valve unit to be brought into opposite contact. CONSTITUTION:A valve seat 6 provides two arc-shaped non-penetration valve seat holes 5, 5', having a slide surface in one side further concentrically corresponding, and two flow dividing holes 5a, 5a' penetrating respectively communicating with said two valve seat holes 5, 5'. A valve unit 8 has a slide surface, coming into contact with the slide surface of the valve seat 6, further an arc- shaped penetration hole 7 corresponding to the before said valve seat holes 5, 5' further with a length larger than that of these valve seat holes 5, 5'. The valve seat 6 and the valve unit 8, placing their respective slide surfaces to be opposed and brought into contact, are housed in a valve case 4. In this way, the valve seat holes 5, 5' of the valve seat 6 and the penetration hole 7 of the valve unit 8 generate wearing in their inside surfaces by the aged deterioration, but a change of opening can be eliminated by adjusting rotation of the valve unit even if the wearing is supposed to be generated.
