摘要 PURPOSE:To enable continuously instantaneous measurement of viscosity of highly viscous liquid with a simple BLT and an electronic circuit, by subtracting a radiation resistance from an increment of mechanical resistance of an ultrasonic vibrator to measure the viscosity of the liquid specimen in conversion. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 39 issues a command to a changeover switch 49 to turn a PLL measuring circuit 29 to a fundamental wave resonance mode, takes outputs I1X and I10 of an ammeter 32 thereinto 39 and calculates R1X to be stored into a RAM 37. Subsequently, the switch 49 is commanded to turn the circuit to a triple harmonic resonance mode; likewise, R3X is stored into the RAM 37 from I3X and I30. Then, element 30, 31, 50 and 51 are replaced with values corresponding to modes and frequencies omega1<2> and omega3<2> are adjusted to values determined by values of the element. Thus, the CPU 39 calculates outputs corresponding to the viscosity, density and temperature of a measuring liquid from a temperature input 33 and measured values and set values stored in the RAM 37.
