PURPOSE:To eliminate the shift of trunnions accompanying the start of an engine by providing a spring means for urging at least one side trunnion in the rotational direction of an engine. CONSTITUTION:A spring means 121 for urging a sleeve 102 and a spool 120 in the opposite direction is interposed between a pin 107 and the spool 120. This spring means 121 has a function of absorbing a play caused by back lash between a screw shaft 112 and a screw tube 113 and making the spool 120 contact always a precise cam 123 through a swingable bell-crank 122 and a function of urging trunnions in the rotational direction of engine. Thus, the shift of the trunnions accompanying the start of an engine is eliminated and impact sounds, shocks, etc., are prevented.
