PURPOSE:To provide the title covering material which is not discolored even when exposed to specified high temp. during the processing thereof into a film while retaining fog-proofness or even when repeatedly exposed to sunlight after being stretched, containing a specified fluorinated nonionic surfactant. CONSTITUTION:An agricultural covering material made of a synthetic resin contains a fluorinated nonionic surfactant having at least two polyoxyalkylene chains and a polyfluoroalkyl group (e.g., compds. of formulas I and II). When a synthetic resin base such as PVC is blended with said fluorinated nonionic surfactant together with additives such as a plasticizer, a lubricant, an ultraviolet absorber, an antistatic agent, a thermal stabilizer, etc., heat resistance can be improved while retaining fog-proofness as such. Further, the resulting material is not discolored even when exposed to high temp. of about 180 deg.C in a blending step or in a step of molding it into a film or even when repeatedly exposed to heat of sunlight, etc. after being stretched in agricultural and gardening facilities.
