PURPOSE:To enlarge and promote the exchanging and shifting performance of heat or substance on tubes or wall surfaces by compactly forming threedimensional or two-dimensional wave- shaped flowpath elements into an assembly. CONSTITUTION:Both ends of each of three-dimensional curved tubes 1 are fixed to tubular plates 3 and 3 by a step such as tube expansion or the like. An annular flowpath 8 provided at the junctions of shell plates 5 and 5' and tubular plates 3 and 3' provided between both end 9' in the direction of the tubular axis of block plate 9 along the tube side of the single raw panel of tubes 1, with a suitable distance (e) therebetween, and the second flowpath 2 outside the tube, are made to communicate with each other, and an inflow and outflow multi-branched flow part is constituted. A first fluid flows into the apparatus through an inflow port 6 of an end cover 4', and circulates within the tube 1 in a coil shape and flows out through an outlet port 6' of an upper end cover 4. On the other hand, a second fluid outside the tube flows into the apparatus through an inflow port 7 with shells 5 and 5' attached, and passes through multi-branched flowpaths between block plate ends 9' and tubular plates from a tube flux circumference annular path 8, and completely counter-flows with respect to the tube 1 through the three dimensional flowpath cylinder 2 for the second fluid outside the tube, thus passing through a concentrated outflow parts conversely from the inflow part, and being caused to flow out through an outflow port 7'.
