PURPOSE:To obliquely set the main body of a facsimile device and to minimize an area where the device occupies on a desk or a floor by providing an arm body which is free to rotate in the main body and forming a supporting leg on the base of the main body with the arm body itself. CONSTITUTION:A titled device has the main body 10 and the arm body 20 which is set in projecting further from the main body 10. A fitting shaft 41 which installs recording paper 40 is provided in the center of the arm body 20 and a rotating shaft part 21 which is freely turnable is provided on the junction part with the main body 10 and the arm body 20. The arm body 20 having a arm body member longer than the diameter of the recording paper at one end and a turning part 30 which stops and fixes the arm body 20 so that the main body 10 can be arranged nearly in parallel with the surface of the desk and also the head end of the arm body member longer that the diameter of the recording paper can be positioned below the base 11 of the main body 10 when the arm body 20 is made to be turned centering around the rotating shaft 21. Therefore the recording paper 40 can be fitted between the base 11 of the main body and the surface of the desk because of an angle obtained by the length of the arm which is the length to the fulcrum 23 of the arm body 20 and the base 11 of the main body. Thus, the main body can be obliquely set and used with storing the recording paper in the base part.
