PURPOSE:To interrupt the main power source of a motor at the time of attaching and detaching work of a movable section of a cable connector by providing a protection cover for removing the movable section to restrict a space, and generating a signal in response to the detaching or attaching state of the cover. CONSTITUTION:When a cable connector 3 is detached or attached, a movable section 32 is removed, and a space is restricted by a protection cover 5. Thus, the cover 5 is first removed. When the cover 5 is removed, a signal SS of logic value '0' representing the cover removing state from an interlock signal generator 6 is inverted by an inverter INV to become a signal SR of logic value '1', a breakdown signal SRS is generated irrespective of the presence or absence of an OFF signal SOFF of the OFF of a power switch 7, and a main power source 10 is interrupted.
