PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of sensitivity caused by video line capacity by providing a series circuit consisting of a switching element and a capacity element and an amplification circuit which inputs the terminal voltage of the capacity element and outputs the signal amplified in terms of a current as a video signal. CONSTITUTION:There is a detection cell X1 which provides the series circuit consisting of the switching elements FT1 and FT11 and the capacity elements C1 and C11 which are connected in parallel with photodiodes PD1 and PD11 and conducted at least accumulation period of charge excited in terms of light with the photodiodes PD1 and PD11 and the amplifiers A1 and A11 which input the terminal voltages of the capacity elements C1 and C11 and output the signals amplified in terms of current as the video signals. Therefore, the signals can be outputted from the amplifiers to the video line VL as the video signals from a voltage signal source whose output impedance is low enough not to cause the lowering of voltage even if the terminal voltages of the capacity elements C1 and C11 supply sufficient current. Thus, the lowering of the voltage of the video signals caused by charging the video line capacity can be prevented and the sensitivity can be improved.
