CONSTITUTION:During the time when the first gear 48 of a turning moment transmission means 20 turns one revolution, a part of the outer peripheral surface of a part W is grinding-worked by a grindstone 18, and the part W is separated from the grindstone 18 by a means 98, and after the part W is revolved 90 deg. by the action of a revolving means 99, the prescribed surface of the part W is pressed onto the grindstone 18. Therefore, during the time when the second gear 62 revolves four times, a Geneva gear 130 revolves each 90 deg. and total 360 deg., and four ground surfaces are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the part W. When the gear 62 revolves four times, a gear 48 revolves to operate a clutch mechanism 24, and the turning moment transmission action is suspended. Further, the clamping action for the part W by a collet 122 is released, and a part replacing means is lowered, and after the part W is hold by a replacing means, a new part which is held is inserted into the collet 122 and held.
