摘要 PURPOSE:To carry out the centering work having a high precision in a short time by setting a spindle rotary shaft and bearing rotary shaft in parallel, keeping a minute distance, and by the first turhtable installed onto the spindle shaft and the second turntable installed onto the first turntable through a bearing. CONSTITUTION:The first and second rotary tables 4 and 8 are turned by a position adjustor mechanism control part so that the center of a fine hole on a connector sleeve 1 coincides with the revolution axis of a spindle shaft 9. An actuator drive signal outputted from the position adjustor mechanism control part is supplied into driving motors 1 and 5, and the tables 4 and 8 having a revolution axis which is deflected by a minute quantity for the spindle shaft 9 are revolved, and the positioning with high resolution faculty is performed at the center of the turntable, within the range of deflection quantity of the revolution axis as radius. Then, a rotary grindstone is shifted by a fine feeding mechanism, and the outer periphery of the connector sleeve is ground.
