PURPOSE:To form a film having uniform thickness over the whole length of a pipeline, by circulating an appropriate amt. of lining material plural times through the pipeline to be treated to smoothly advance the pig and lining material at a specified speed. CONSTITUTION:The lining material 3a and the elastic pig 4a are advanced from the opening on one side of the pipeline 1 to be treated with the lining material 3a ahead by the pressure difference between the spaces before and after both material and pig to form a lining film 10a on the inner wall of the pipeline. Before the film 10a is cured, a lining material 3b and another elastic pig 4b are advanced from the opening on one side of the pipeline 1 to be treated with the lining material 3b ahead by the pressure difference between the spaces before and after both pig and material to form a lining film 10b on the inner wall of the pipeline in succession to the film 10a. As a result, a lining film having uniform thickness can be formed over the whole length of the pipeline.
