PURPOSE:To easily conduct an insulating work in a short time by providing a gap between a molding form and a magnetic core, and pouring insulating resin in the gap. CONSTITUTION:A molding form 6 has gaps G between the rear surface of the shoulder 1a of a pole core 1 and both sides, ends of a body 1b when the core 1 is filled therein, and is closely contacted with the bottom of the body 1b. When insulating resin 7 is poured through the gaps G, the rear surface of the shoulder 1a, the both sides and ends of the body 1b are continuously coated in uniform thickness with the resin. After the resin 7 is thermally cured, when the form 6 is removed, the insulation is completed. Thus, the insulating work is facilitated.
