PURPOSE:To easily remove dust included in air deposited on a hub by constituting a positioning member by a nonmagnetic material and magnetizing many poles of magnets in a planer direction. CONSTITUTION:A positioning member hub 4 of an information recording medium made of a nonmagnetic material, a removable information recording medium, a yoke 5 being a fixing means of an information recording medium and arranged near the hub 4 and magnets 6 constitute the titled device. Then lots of poles of the magnet 6 are magnetized in a planer direction. Thus, no magnetic powder is attracted onto the hub 4 to position the magnetic recording medium and if the dust is located on the hub 4, it is attracted to the magnet 6 momentarily and the close adhesion between the clamp plate 3 and the hub is not deviated.
