PURPOSE:To enable automatic winding by stretching a wire on one side of a toroidal core, inserting the wire to the other side of the toroidal core and relatively rotating the turning surface of a clamper and the toroidal core every time the wire makes a round over a wire winding section. CONSTITUTION:A wire 2 is stretched on one side of a toroidal core 1, crossing a core hole 3, the midway of the wire 2 is inserted into the core hole 3 and the wire 2 is inserted to the other side of the toroidal core 1, the midway of the wire 2 is clamped by a clamper 17 rotating in a plane passing through the center line of the toroidal core 1 and the wire 2 is wound on a wire winding section 1a, the turning surface of the clamper 17 and the toroidal core 1 are revolved relatively every time the wire 2 makes a round over the wire winding section 1a, and the wire 2 is wound spirally on the wire winding section 1a for the toroidal core 1. Accordingly, winding is enabled automatically even in the toroidal core in any size and the wire 2.
