PURPOSE:To prevent the reflection of light from the surface of an electrically conductive substrate by using a mixture of two or more kinds of resins which are incompatible with each other and cause phase separation as a binder in an electric charge transferring layer contg. an org. electric charge transferring substance and laminated on the substrate. CONSTITUTION:An electric charge transferring layer 2 contg. an org. electric charge transferring substance and an electric charge generating layer 3 are successively laminated on an electrically conductive substrate 1 and a coating layer 4 is further formed as required to obtain a sensitive body. Since the electric charge transferring layer 2 is generally transparent, light for exposure incident on the surface of the photosensitive layer reaches the surface of the substrate 1 and is reflected. In order to prevent the reflection, a mixture of two or more kinds of resins which are incompatible with each other and cause phase separation is used as a binder for the electric charge transferring substance in the layer 2 so that light for exposure incident on the surface of the photosensitive layer and passing through the layer 3 is diffused and scattered in the layer 2 and hardly reaches the surface of the substrate 1. Thus, the reflection of light from the surface of the substrate can be prevented without specially treating the surface of the substrate or the sensitive body. |
