PURPOSE:To obtain the titled latex having cured rubber characteristics improved in mechanical strength, by mixing specified proportion of a concentrated natural rubber latex and powdery non-rubber material which is produced from the serum formed as a by-product in coagulating natural rubber latex. CONSTITUTION:The objective latex can be obtained by mixing (A) powdery non-rubber material (roughly spherical, with an average diameter pref. 10-100mu) produced from the serum formed as a by-product in coagulating natural rubber latex, in the form of a 30-70% (T.S.C.) slurry with (B) a concentrated natural rubber latex so as to be 0.5-5.0pts.wt. for the component A based on 100pts.wt. of the rubber component in the component B. This latex thus obtained is incorpo rated with filler, curing agent, curing, accelerator, etc., followed by curing, the resulting cured products being used as rubber articles, etc.
