PURPOSE:To obtain power usable as a raw material for natural dyestuff, etc., preservable for a long period, by feeding sarcocarp of a proper size to between rollers, crushing and simultaneously attaching the pulp to the rollers and grinding into a foil and lamellar state. CONSTITUTION:Sarcocarp 13 of a proper size such as pressed waste of mandarin orange, etc., is fed to between rollers 11 and 12 (<=0.5mm gap) heated at 100-200 deg.C and rotating at low speed. The sarcocarp is crushed, simultaneously attached to the peripheral surface of the rollers, heated and dried by the rollers, released by raking members 11a and 12a and formed into foil and lamellar materials 14 and 14a. The materials are ground by a grinder and made into power or scaly state. |
