CUTTING SPARK PREVENTING SHEET

摘要

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of spraying a water many times by the evaporation of the water without the movement to the lower part of the water infiltrated in a glass fiber cloth by mixing a water swelling polymer in the glass fiber cloth. CONSTITUTION:A cutting spark preventing sheet 1 scatters the powder of a water swelling polymer 3 on the glass fiber cloth 2 woven alternately in warp and woof. When this sheet is dipped in water, the water is absorbed to the powder of the polymer 3 and adhered to the fiber cloth 2 as well. The cutting spark preventing sheet 1a having absorbed the water sufficiently does not wet the floor, machine etc., covered with the glass fiber cloth even if the water is moved thereonto. Owing to the evaporation speed of the water in pregnated in the water swelling polymer 3 being slow as the characteristic thereof, there is no need of spraying water many times at the time of the work for long time.
