PURPOSE:To simplify a circuit and to attain integration by separately connecting the output ends of >=2 matrix circuits for outputting a primary color signal when the output of a first switching circuit is a luminance signal and outputting a color difference signal when the output is the direct current voltage of a constant voltage source to the output terminal of an integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:The output ends of >= 2 matrix circuits 5, 6, 7 for inputting the output of the first switching circuit 3 to a first input end, inputting the color difference signal to a second input end, outputting primary color signal when the output of the first switching circuit 3 is the luminance signal and outputting the color difference signal when it is the direct current voltage of the constant voltage source are respectively separately connected to the second output terminal 8 of the integrated circuit A. Consequently, a switching signal is generated in the integrated circuit A corresponding to the opening and the closing of the switch of a switch circuit 12, luminance signal processed in terms of signal as a video signal and a direct current voltage are switched by the switching signal to output the primary color signal and the color difference signal to the output terminal 8 of the integrated circuit A according to the matrix circuits 5, 6, 7. Thereby, the circuit is simplified and integrated.
