摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain favorable clearness in electrosensitive recording and a favorable printed image density, by forming a mixture comprising a conductive fine powder, at least one of a plasticizer and a mineral oil softener and a high- temperature decomposition type foaming agent added to a thermoplastic resin, into a film shape. CONSTITUTION:A conductive powder, e.g., carbon black is added in an amount of 15-40 pts.wt. while a plasticizer or a mineral oil softener is added in an amount of 10-50 pts.wt., to 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin. A high- temperature decomposition type foaming agent is added to the resultant mixture in an amount of 0.05-10 pts.wt. The foaming agent is benzenesulfonyl hydrazide, azodicarboxylic acid amide or the like, which has a decomposition temperature of at least 200 deg.C. The mixture thus obtained is formed to have a film thickness of about 15-40 mum by a calender roll, an extruder or the like. An electrorecording stencil paper thus obtained is provided with minure cells in the film be the addition of the foaming agent, and the decomposition of the foaming agent is accelerated by the heat generated at the time of discharge breakdown, whereby perforations are enlarged. As a result, favorable printed density and image clearness can be obtained on stencil printing.
