<p>PURPOSE:To enable high control, by performing control by making use of data detected through an input and output sides of a switch element. CONSTITUTION:Output voltage of a triac 7 detected by terminals 14a, 14b on an output side of a power switch 11 is applied to a microcomputer 9. Alternate voltage detected by terminals 18a, 18b is applied to a zero-cross detecting circuit 20 and applied to the microcomputer 9 by turning into a rectangular pulse of an appropriate width at a zero-cross pint of a sine wave. And further information set up or indicated by an electrification time setting part 21, an application voltage setting part 22 and an electrification starting/completion indication part 23 are taken into the microcomputer 9. A digital value corresponding to a time set up by the electrification time setting part 21 is stored in a counter register, the decrement of the same value is performed synchronously with generating timing of a basic clock to be put out through a basic clock generating circuit 25 every detection of the zero-cross point, and when contents of the counter register becomes zero, a control signal to be applied to a voltage control terminal of the triack 7 is generated. Moreover, predetermined correction of a value of the counter register is performed in proportion to a voltage deflection.</p> |
