PURPOSE:To form the cylindrical body formed by being subjected to the succeeding burring and opening in the good shape of uniform thickness by cutting off the closed end part including the chock line of the cylindrical body closing the one end subjected to a drawing by forming it in a smaller diameter further. CONSTITUTION:The closed end part including the shock line part becoming thinner of the one end closed cylindrical body subjected to a drawing is further formed in the cylindrical body 11a of smaller diameter. The small diameter cylindrical body 11a is cut off by the shoulder part 11c of the large diameter cylindrical body part 11b. The cut off large diameter cylindrical body 11b is subjected to a burring and opening at the following stages, then, the thinner part by the shock line is eliminated and the finished cylindrical body becomes of good shape with uniform thickness.
