发明名称 LAMINATED CORE WITH GAP FOR TRANSFORMER
摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate a design by using directional silicon steel plates having the same rolling direction as that of legs at the section of a yoke to face the gap of the yoke, and bonding the plates at the oblique faces at 45 deg., thereby preventing a clamp or a local core part from being heated. CONSTITUTION:Legs 11 and a yoke 12 are formed by laminating directional silicon steel plates, the rolling direction of the leg 11 is an elevational direction A, and that of the yoke 12 is a lateral direction B. The part of the leg 12 to face the leg 11 is cut out in a V shape obliquely at 45 deg., and triangular steel plates 12a, 12b having the same direction A as that of the leg 11 are bonded. Thus, the magnetic flux of the leg 11 is expanded at a gap 14, but focused at the plates 12a, 12b, bent perpendicularly at oblique faces 16, 17, and intro duced smoothly to the yoke 12. The magnetic flux does not pass a clamp 15 and is not locally concentrated. Thus, it can prevent the clamp and a local core part from being heated, thereby facilitating a design.
