PURPOSE:To uniformly perform the build-up welding or powder with different specific gravity by heating the powder by a laser beam while supplying the powder for build-up from plural powder supply pipes connected with a nearly cylindrical shielding jig through which the laser beam is passed to perform the build-up welding. CONSTITUTION:The powder for build-up supplied quantitatively from a powder supplying machine 17 via the powder supply pipes 14, 15 and 16 for build-up is supplied to the cylindrical shielding jig 10. In this way, the build-up 26 is performed on base metal 11 by the laser beam 12 while supplying the powder. The powder with the different specific gravity can be uniformly subjected to the build-up welding by a device with this constitution. |
