PURPOSE:To reduce the capacity of a device storing a received data and to improve the processing speed of data at the reception side by using together a code representing contents of the broadcast mode and data of a token. CONSTITUTION:A token 301 is a operation permission code of a transmission line and subsystems 11-14 cannot send a data to a transmission line so long as they do not receive the token 301. Thus, the operating management of the line is applied by the token 301. Moreover, the subsystems 11-14 send the data together with a code representing the contents of data. The receiver side of the data checks the code representing the code to discriminate it whether or not the data is required for itself. Thus, the broadcast mode of token protocol is used and the data is sent without designating the destination, then the receiver references the code representing the data to receive only the required data.
