<p>PURPOSE:To produce and/or to preserve pickle, etc., without using a refrigerator, by providing a double structure consisting of an inner container and an outer plate, setting a water-cooling pipe having a square-shaped section at the outside of the inner container and laying a spacer between the inner container and the outer plate. CONSTITUTION:An inner container 1 and an outer plate 2 are maintained in a double structure through a spacer 4, a water-cooling pipe 3 having a square- shaped section is arranged on the outside of the inner container and a food such as pickle ingredient, etc., in the inner container is cooled. A tank need not be taken in and out from a refrigerator, cooling efficiency can be raised and consumption of cooling energy reduced. Pressure applied to the inner container toward the outside is supported through the spacer by the outer plate.</p> |
