摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the heat dissipation capacity and reduce the inflow resistance of electrons by forming many recesses and projections regularly distributed the surface of an electron inflow electrode and partially forming a black film on this rugged surface so that part of the raw material of the electrode is regularly exposed. CONSTITUTION:Many recesses and projections 22 aligned regularly are formed on the inner surface of an anode cylinder 11. These recesses and projections 22 are formed in the peripheral direction, and the cross-section shape of the recess and projection is a triangle. A black film 21 is partially formed on the surface of these recesses and projections 22 so that part 23 of the raw material of the anode cylinder 11, i.e., copper or copper alloy, is regularly exposed. Accordingly, the heat dissipation capacity is improved, the inflow resistance of electrons can be reduced, and a black surface with a practically wide area and an electron incident plane with small resistance can be secured concurrently.
