PURPOSE:To integrate describing levels and to ensure easy-to-read descriptions by describing sentences after selecting the candidates of description words registered previously in a system. CONSTITUTION:A cursor is moved to the position of a desired action description word in a description word candidate list display area 11 on a display 6. Then a button on a mouse 2 is pushed. Thus a CPU1 stores the selected action description words in a temporary storing area and at the same time displays them in a sentence producing area 12 to display a candidate list of objective description words in the area. When a desired objective description word is selected, the CPU1 stores this selected word in the temporary storing area and also displays it on a sentence producing area 12 to display a candidate list of place description words in the area 11. The CPU1 selects a desired word candidate and adds it to the temporary storing area to complete a working process describing sentence. In such a way, useful information can be obtained in an integrated form. |
