PURPOSE:To provide the titled device where an air outlet with the air emitting direction tilted in the direction of the radius is provided in the peripheral direction from the shaft center of a spindle rotor and said rotor is revolved to a desired position by air emissions through the outlet to determine the position of the rotor. CONSTITUTION:A pair of thread delivery guides 21 is provided at the outlet of the thread delivery port 18 of a thread storage platen 6, whereas at the upper end of the air passage 19 of a spindle 4 an emission port 22 is formed in the radius direction differing in that of bent section 19a. Said emission port 22 is communicated with an air emission port 23 formed on the platen 6, the air emission port 23 being formed in the direction differing in, to some extent, that of the extended line of said emission port 22. The spindle rotor is revolved by air emission through the port 23, and when the rotor comes to a position desired, braking is applied, thus determining the thread delivery position. |
