PURPOSE:To reduce the eddy current loss generated in a magnetic body piece by the deflecting magnetic field by using fine wire rods made of a high permeability magnetic material, providing an insulating coating on the surface, and arranging fine insulating magnetic wire rods in a plate shape and fixing them to constitute the magnetic body piece. CONSTITUTION:In the magnetic field of deflecting coils 3, 5, insulating magnetic wire rods 11c applied with insulating coatings 11b such as urethane or polyester on the surface of fine wire rods made of a high permeability magnetic material, i.e., magnetic wire rods 11a, are arranged in a plate shape and fixed to constitute a magnetic body piece 11 arranged, for example, at the inside of a core 4. Accordingly, the eddy current flowing in the magnetic body piece 11 by the deflecting magnetic field is divided among the magnetic wire rod 11a end sharply decreased in size, and the heat generation by the eddy current is steeply reduced.
