PURPOSE:To improve small turn performance, by providing a front/rear wheel speed change mechanism for switching output to front/rear wheel between high and low speed conditions and modifying front/rear wheels corresponding to drive speed. CONSTITUTION:When the steering angle of a front wheel 1 is less than a setting level, hydraulic same speed setting clutches 24, 28 for front/rear wheels are engaged to maintain front/rear wheels 1, 2 in same speed condition. When a tractor takes place turning and the steering angle exceeds over the setting level, hydraulic same speed setting clutches 24, 29 for front and rear wheels are engaged. Consequently, the rear wheel 2 can be switched to low speed condition with the front wheel 1 being maintained in same speed condition. Consequently, small turning can be carried out safely even when the tractor is driven on a prevent.
