PURPOSE:To smoothly execute the opening and closing of a shutter by fitting a flat spring or coil to a tip of an arm and bringing the spring into contact with an edge of a cartridge body. CONSTITUTION:When the disk cartridge 1 is loaded in the direction of an arrow A, the flat spring 12 of a right arm 8 is brought into contact with a shutter groove 10 first, and the shutter groove 10 is so deep enough that a claw part 15 of the arm is also brought into the shutter groove 10, generating a trapping resistance by which the flat spring 12 is bent and the arm claw part 15 is finally brought into contact with the deepest part of the shutter groove 10, thus moving a shutter 3 to the left. Then, since a left arm 9 is stopped in the position of nonexistence of the shutter 3 and shutter groove 10, the flat spring 12 of the left arm 9 is brought into contact with a cartridge case 11 first, and the left arm 9 is then moved to the right, keeping a gap B between the cartridge case 11 and the arm claw part 15 of the left arm 9 until the flat spring 12 contacts with the shutter 3. At that time, the arm claw part 15 of the left arm 9 can never be a locking bar even if the shutter 3 contacts with it by virture of the gap B, and the arm claw part 15 is pressed by the shutter 3 and revolved in the direction of D as the cartridge 1 is moved on further for insertion.
