摘要 PURPOSE:To always know the adjusting state of an optical axis by reflecting an emitted light beam from an optical fiber which has transmitted a laser light beam by a lens, photodetecting a part of this reflected light by a photosensor being not coaxial with the optical axis of the optical fiber, and displaying it. CONSTITUTION:When a laser light beam 2 emitted from a laser beam machine 1 whose output is >=1W is made incident on an optical fiber 4 through a laser incident lens 3 adjusted in advance, a fine adjustment mechanism 5 for adjusting an optical axis is inserted between the lens 3 and the optical fiber 4. Subsequently, a laser light beam 6 which has been transmitted by the optical fiber 4 is allowed to pass through a lens 8 in an emitting optical part 7, and emitted to the outside. In this case, in the optical part 7, a photosensor 9 being not coaxial with the optical axis is provided in advance, the laser light beam reflected by the lens 8 is received, and this output is amplified by an amplifier 11 and displayed on an indicator 12, while always monitoring the photodetecting state. In such a way, an output of the photosensor, and a shift quantity from an optical axis coincidence point become a curve whose apex is hollow as shown in the figure, and an optical axis shift can be seen at all times.
