The installation is intended for producing chocolate bars in a continuous automatic process each having a portion with raised relief carried by a differently coloured portion. The first portion is cast in successive moulds with corresponding relief recessed in their flat upper faces, each face scraped and the chocolate colled without solidifying. A second mould is positioned on each mould and has through-cavities above the recesses and flat undersides. The second material is cast, followed by final cooling and removing the prod. by lifting the second mould and turning it.
