<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a color filter by forming a relief image of a thin light shielding film on a transparent substrate, coating a photosensitive resin thereon, exposing the resin from the rear face of the substrate to form dyed parts, repeating this operation and forming black stripes by the thin light shielding film remaining between the dyed parts. CONSTITUTION:A thin Cr film 2 and a positive photoresist 3 are superposed on a transparent glass plate 1 and are subjected to exposing and developing, then the Cr film 2 is etched to form the relief image. An aq. gelatin soln. 5 added with ammonium dichromate is coated on the surface and is exposed from the rear face of the substrate. The coated resin is then developed and the remaining gelatine layer 5 is dyed to red R. The gelatine layer 5 is selectively left by the similar stage by which the green G and blue B dyed parts are successively formed. The color filter formed with the light shielding stripes consisting of the Cr film 2 between the dyed parts is thus obtd.</p> |
