<p>PURPOSE:To reduce machining and to enhance productivity, by forming a main shaft part and a crank part by a pipe and inserting the crank part into said main shaft part to be fixed, in the case of a shaft comprising the main shaft part and the crank part. CONSTITUTION:A main shaft part 21 is formed by a metallic pipe, and the main shaft part 21 provides a tapered part 23 in its one end part while integrally forms a flange-shaped thrust part 24 by swaging in the other end part. In the other hand, a crank part 22 is formed by bending a metallic pipe, and the crank part 22 forms an insertion part 28 in its one end part and a pin part 29 in the other end part, respectively. While the main shaft part 21 and the crank part 22 provide oil grooves 26, 30 to be drilled and oil ports 27, 31, opened to each oil groove 26, 30, to be drilled. And the insertion part 28 of said crank part 22 is fixed by forcing it to be press fitted to the end part in a side of the thrust part 24 of the main shaft part 21, in this way, a shaft, which forms the pin part 29 eccentrically placed by a distance (a) from the main shaft part 21, is completed.</p> |
