<p>PURPOSE:To absorb positional shift of an intermediate joint cloth when setting said cloth into a groove portion of a door trim, by welding a transparent resin sheet chip or a resin sheet chip having same color as a door trim skin material to an least one side of the circumferential ends of an intermediate joint cloth to be mounted onto the door trim. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 14 composed of a forming layer 15 and a PVC sheet 16 is laminated through vacuum formation onto the surface side of a resin core material 13 molded into a required shape so as to form a door trim body 11. A groove section 17 is formed in the door trim body 11 alongthe circumference of an intermediate cloth 12. A transparent resin sheet chip 18 or a resin sheet chip having same color as the skin material 14 is welded to at least one side of the circumferential ends of the intermediate joint cloth 12 so as to provide a welding margin. Consequently, jointing can be made through the welding margin, i.e. the resin sheet chip, even if the circumferential end of the intermediate joint cloth is short, and degradation of appearance due to loosening of fibers can be prevented when the circumferential end of the intermediate joint cloth is so long as to project.</p> |
