PURPOSE:To enable accurate quantitative water injection and to facilitate operation and maintenance by providing plural multiple nozzles vertically below a tank which is communicated with a feed water pump and a suction pump and has upper and lower layered chambers. CONSTITUTION:A rack where test-tubes are mounted slanting backward is placed on a mount table and multiple nozzles 5 drooping from the tank 6 are positioned right above the respective test-tubes. A tank 6 provided for each array of test-tubes has an upper chamber 7 for water injection and a lower chamber 8 for water suction across a partition wall. Nozzles 5 are double nozzles, the inside suction nozzle 9 penetrates the lower chamber 7, and its upper opening 10 faces the chamber 8. An injection nozzle 11 is arranged concentrically with the suction nozzle 9 while a gap is left at the periphery. Then a reagent and water are charged in the chamber 7 and injection nozzle 11 linked with the feed water pump by the feed water pump and the mount table for the test-tubes is elevated; when the lower opening of the suction nozzle 9 reaches a specific position, the elevation is stopped and the feed water pump is driven in the state for a certain time to inject a constant amount of water into the test-tubes. |
