PURPOSE:To improve productivity, by forming a main shaft part by a pipe to provide in its end part a thrust part and a crank part by restricted shearing half trimming of a column member. CONSTITUTION:A main shaft part 21 is formed by a metallic pipe, and a thrust part 24 is integrally formed in the end part. A crank part 22 is formed by restricted shearing half trimming of a column member, forcing an insertion part 28 to be press fitted and fixed to the main shaft part 21. Accordingly, a pin part 29 is formed being eccentrically displaced from the main shaft part 21. Consequently, productivity can be improved by substantially reducing machining.
